Professional management of assets for individuals who are unable to manage their own affairs due to incapacity or disability.
What are these Trusts?
These are “trusts” where a curator bonis is appointed to manage the finances, property or estate of a patient who is unable to do so. The reason for the patient’s inability could stem from physical or mental incapacity. Curator ad litem and a Curator ad personam play a critical role in the process.
